This family is looking for a Customer Service – Order processing, the family owned global company is a market leader servicing the plumbing, water solution and heating industries. With a newly refurbished office (with plenty of room to social distance) and a state of the art showroom and training facility you will be working within a small close-knit team who are supportive, fun and friendly.

Your responsibilities will include:

Processing customer orders (Manual, Email & EDI)
Being the point of contact for the Sales & Technical support line forwarding of calls to the Sales and Technical team
Preparing customer quotations
Managing 3 inboxes – Technical support, Sales, and your personal email
in-bound and out-bound calls to suppliers, clients, builders, plumbers etc.
Liaising with sales and warehouse regarding customer orders and deliveries
Troubleshooting – tracking customer orders, invoices queries, product availability, credits and returns.
Liaising with HQ in Germany regarding current and upcoming projects

We are looking for someone with previous experience processing orders and working with Excel spreadsheets as this is part of the day to day. Someone that has been in a Customer Service or Sales Support role previously who is Customer Centric, highly engaging, listens & understands is a team player and has a positive attitude.
