Digestion is the holy grail of eating, now matter how much you eat if the food does not digest well then it's a waste, you won't get all the required nutrients from such foods.

Lack of digestion can often lead to constipation which is very unpleasant, but here are some ways to boost your digestion naturally

1. Always chew your food well before swallowing, this allows the food to be chopped into tiny pieces for easy digestion
